Lasagna
Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 15 oz. tomato sauce, 8 oz. stewed tomatoes, 1/4 c. chopped onion and 1/4 c. chopped pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown meat; add tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, onion, pepper and spices; simmer 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook noodles.
Drain and cover with cold water.
Fill casserole pan (13 1/2 x 8 3/4 x 2 3/4-inch) with alternate layers of noodles, cottage cheese, sauce, Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 375Β° until cheese on top is bubbling (approximately 30 minutes).
