Lasagna
Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 small onion, 28 oz. can tomatoes, 12 oz. can tomato paste and 1 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook ground beef and onion until brown.
Drain excess grease. Add tomatoes with liquid, tomato paste, sugar, salt, oregano, thyme, pepper, garlic salt and bay leaf.
Heat to boiling, stirring to break up tomatoes.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes or longer, stirring occasionally.
Discard bay leaf. Prepare lasagna noodles as package directs.
Drain.
In a 13 x 9-inch baking dish, arrange half of noodles.
Combine eggs and Ricotta cheese.
Spoon 1/2 of mixture over noodles.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
Top with sauce.
Repeat.
Bake for 45 minutes at 375Β°.
