Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. lasagna noodles, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 jar spaghetti sauce, 3/4 lb. mozzarella cheese and 1 lb. ricotta cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Do not cook the lasagna noodles. Brown beef, drain fat and add sauce. Cut 6 slices Mozzarella for topping.
Shred remainder and mix with Ricotta, egg, parsley, salt and pepper.
Ladle 1/3 of meat sauce into bottom of baking dish.
Add a layer of 1/3 of the noodles (uncooked) and a layer of 1/3 of the cheeses mixture. Repeat layers 2 more times and top with Mozzarella slices and Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes.
