Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles, 1 tbsp. salad oil, 1 lb. ground beef, 2 scant garlic cloves, crushed and 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook noodles until done in salted water and drain.
Brown beef and garlic in oil.
Stir in tomatoes, sauce, onion, salt, pepper and oregano.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Alternate noodles, meat and Mozzarella cheese.
Then top with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Yields 4 large servings.
