Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground round, 1 tbsp. parsley flakes, 1 tbsp. basil, 1 1/2 tsp. salt (optional) and 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Brown meat and drain.
Add parsley flakes, basil, salt, tomatoes and tomato paste.
Simmer 30 minutes.
Cook noodles until tender.
Drain.
Combine cottage cheese with eggs, parsley and Parmesan cheese.
Place layer of noodles, cheese mixture and meat in a baking dish.
Repeat layers.
Cover with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 375Β° for 30 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes.
