Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground meat, 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce, 1 minced onion (optional), 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown meat in skillet and drain.
Stir in spaghetti sauce and onion (optional) and simmer while noodles cook.
Cook noodles with salt and vegetable oil according to package directions and drain. Layer 1/2 noodles, cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese and meat sauce in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Repeat layers.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Serves six to eight.
