Lasagna
Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 medium onion, chopped, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes and 3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Saute onion, garlic and beef until brown.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, salt, basil, sugar, pepper and bay leaf and simmer uncovered about 1 1/2 hours.
Remove bay leaf.
Spread 1/2 cup meat sauce in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, starting with noodles. Make 3 layers, each of noodles, cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese, meat sauce and Parmesan.
Bake at 325Β° for 45 minutes.
