Lasagna

Made with 1 (8 oz.) mozzarella cheese, 1 (4 oz.) pkg. monterey jack cheese, 1 (16 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles, 1 (32 oz.) jar ragu spaghetti sauce (traditional) and 1 (24 oz.) container of light & lively cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook lasagna noodles according to package while browning one pound of hamburger.
Drain hamburger.
Drain lasagna noodles and run cold water over noodles.
Then spread 3 of noodles in a cake pan making a layer.
Spoon Ragu sauce over the noodles.
Sprinkle the hamburger over the sauce.
Then sprinkle the Mozzarella cheese over the hamburger.
