Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, salt and pepper to taste, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles, 1/2 onion, chopped and 2 cans tomato paste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown meat onions, salt and pepper.
Drain.
Add tomato paste and sauce, tomatoes and garlic.
Bring to boil and let simmer for 1 hour (the longer it simmers the better it is).
It may be necessary add a little water if sauce is too thick. Cook noodles (put a small amount of cooking oil in water to keep the noodles from sticking.) Drain.
