Lasagna
Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground meat, 1 lb. italian sausage, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1/2 bell pepper, chopped and 3 stalks celery, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Brown ground meat and Italian sausage.
Add onion, bell pepper, celery and carrots.
Drain.
Add oregano, basil, pepper, peeled tomatoes and tomato paste.
Let simmer for 30 minutes.
Let cool and refrigerate overnight.
Beat eggs.
Add cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley and pepper.
Layer.
Layer noodles, Mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese mixture and sauce.
Repeat layers.
