Lasagna
Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 clove garlic, minced, 1 onion, chopped, 1 tbsp. parsley flakes and 1 tbsp. basil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook noodles according to package directions. Brown ground beef, garlic and onion. Drain grease.
Add parsley, basil, salt, oregano, tomatoes and tomato paste.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
In bowl, mix together cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Place half of the noodles in a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish, then half of the cheese mixture, then half of the meat sauce. Repeat. Cook at 375Β° for 30 to 45 minutes.
