Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground meat, 1 (32 oz.) jar prego spaghetti sauce, 1 large pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese, 2 lb. cottage cheese and 1 pkg. lasagna noodles (uncooked), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat oven to 375Β°. Brown ground meat and drain excess fat.
Add spaghetti sauce to ground meat.
Pour 1/3 meat mixture into 13 x 9-inch pan.
Add 1 layer of uncooked noodles, 1 layer of cottage cheese, 1/3 meat mixture and 1/3 of the Mozzarella cheese.
Repeat layers of noodles, ground meat mixture and remaining Mozzarella cheese.
Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Remove and let stand 5 minutes.
