Lasagna
Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 tsp. garlic, 1/4 c. chopped parsley and 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown beef and onions; drain off excess fat. Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In 13 x 9-inch baking dish, spread sauce.
Layer, a layer of lasagna noodles,
1 cup sauce and cheese that has been shredded, 1/3 of Mozzarella and Parmesan.
Repeat until all has been used.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
Makes 6 to 8 servings
