Lasagna
Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles, 4 qt. water, 2 tbsp. salt, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef and 1 onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Bring water and salt to rapid boil.
Add lasagna without breaking them.
Stir and separate them and boil for 15 minutes. Drain and rinse to prevent sticking.
In buttered baking dish, bake 45 minutes at 350°.
Brown meat with onion.
Pour off grease.
Add tomato sauce, tomato paste and whole tomatoes along with oregano, minced garlic, salt and pepper.
Simmer for 1 hour.
Place 3 cooked noodles in bottom of low baking dish (buttered).
Over this layer of noodles, spread sauce to cover, then spread Ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
Layer more noodles, more sauce and the 3 cheeses.
When all ingredients have been layered, add tomato juice to liquify.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
Serve hot!
