Lasagna

Brown beef and garlic.
Add paste, tomatoes and seasonings. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
In oblong baking dish (11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch) alternate layers of cooked noodles, Swiss cheese, cottage cheese and meat sauce.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
