Lamb Roast
Lamb Roast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. roast, 3/4 c. white wine, 4 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tbsp. garlic powder and 1 bay leaf, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Flour lamb roast and place in baking pan with 3/4 cup of water.
Cover pan and place in oven at 500° for 30 minutes. Remove roast from oven.
Add the white wine, lemon juice, garlic powder and bay leaf.
Cover pan again; cook for 3 hours at 350°. Lastly, remove pan from oven and debone roast.
Pour favorite barbecue sauce over meat in pan to suit individual taste.
Broil meat in oven for 5 minutes or less.
