Lamb Chops
Lamb Chops is an easy dinner. Made with 2-inch thick lamb chops, 1 stick butter, 1/4 c. vinegar, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder and seasoning salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt butter; add vinegar and sprinkle of garlic powder.
Pour over lamb chops.
Sear under broiler only until brown on both sides.
Sprinkle with garlic powder and seasoning salt on both sides.
If necessary, transfer to a baking pan.
Add enough water in bottom of pan to avoid sticking.
Cook at 325Β° for 2 hours. Serve with mint jelly.
