Lake Eufaula Punch is an easy dinner. Made with juice from 1 dozen lemons, 1 c. honey and 1/5 gin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Dissolve lemon juice and honey.
Add gin. Put in crock and let stand overnight.
(Leave lemon rinds in mixture.) Next morning squeeze rinds and strain.
Makes about 1/5 and a half.
Serve in old fashion glasses over shaved ice.
