Ladyfingers
Ladyfingers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. plain flour, 4 tbsp. powdered sugar (confectioners), 1 1/3 sticks margarine, 1 tbsp. water and 1/2 c. pecans, cut up very fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cream butter and sugar.
Add water, flour and nuts.
Work into soft ball.
Break off small pieces and shape into fingers or crescents. Bake at 300° to 325° for 10 to 15 minutes.
Let cool and roll in powdered sugar.
