Lace Cookies
Lace Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. old fashioned rolled oats, 1 tbsp. flour, 2 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 sticks margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 325Β°.
In large bowl mix oats, flour, sugar and salt.
Pour very hot melted butter over the mixture and stir until sugar has melted.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Stir well. Refrigerate about 15-20 minutes.
Cover cookie sheets with heavy duty aluminum foil and spray Pam on foil.
Drop 1/4 teaspoonfuls of mixture on foil 2 inches apart.
Cook 10-12 minutes.
Watch carefully.
When completely cool peel off foil.
Small cold balls work best so it may be necessary to refrigerate longer than 15-20 minutes.
