La Pazada
La Pazada is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, 1 small bell pepper, chopped, 1/2 tsp. thyme, 1 tbsp. chili powder and 8 oz. grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Brown meat with onion and bell pepper.
Drain.
Add seasonings, soup and tomatoes.
Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
Place layer of tortillas on bottom of 10 x 13-inch dish.
Spoon 1/2 mixture on top.
Spread with grated cheese.
Place another layer of tortillas; spoon remaining mixture on top.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350Β° until hot and bubbly, about 20 minutes.
