La Gaza
La Gaza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce and 1 (10 oz.) can corn (niblets), drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Brown ground beef, onion and pepper; drain.
Add tomato sauce, corn, chili powder and Tabasco sauce.
Simmer 30 minutes.
Prepare noodles according to package; drain.
When both are finished, combine and place in 13 x 9-inch Pyrex dish.
Place cheese on top. Place in preheated 350Β° oven, just to melt cheese.
Serve.
