Kugel Cake
Kugel Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. medium egg noodles, 8 oz. ricotta cheese, 1 (6 oz.) sour cream, 4 eggs and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Grease 1 (9 x 13-inch) pan.
Cook medium egg noodles.
When done, drain.
Put noodles back in pot.
While still hot, add margarine.
Stir, with a spoon, sugar, vanilla and Ricotta cheese plus sour cream.
Add eggs.
Blend together.
