Kugel
A sweet Jewish noodle kugel with eggs, milk, and chunks of canned peaches. Custardy in the middle, golden on top, and gently fragrant with vanilla.

Cook noodles according to package directions.
Mix the other ingredients in a large bowl.
Add cooked noodles.
Grease a rectangular baking dish; heat slightly.
Pour ingredients into baking dish.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake until golden at 375Β°.
