Kristie's Potatoes
Kristie'S Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 large potatoes, cooked with skins on, cooled, peeled and sliced, 1 green pepper, chopped, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 jar pimientos and 1/4 box (about 1 lb.) velveeta cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Put sliced potatoes in casserole dish.
Add peppers, onions and pimientos.
Repeat the process until all ingredients are used. In saucepan, put cheese, milk and butter.
Melt and pour over potatoes.
Top with corn flakes.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 350Β°.
