Kraut Salad
Kraut Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 oz.) can chopped kraut, drained, 1 c. diced onion, 1/2 c. grated carrots, 1 c. diced celery and 1 c. chopped sweet pepper (green, yellow, red or mixture), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix the first 6 ingredients together.
Mix the sugar, vinegar and salad oil together and pour over first mixture.
Mix well and place in tightly covered bowl and chill in refrigerator at least 12 hours.
Will keep for about 2 weeks in refrigerator.
Great accompaniment with meat dishes or dried beans.
