Kraut Casserole
Kraut Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut, 1/3 c. applesauce, 1/4 c. finely cut onion, 1 tbsp. brown sugar and 2 tsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine all ingredients, except wieners, and mix well.
Pour kraut mixture into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Slash wieners diagonally, but not completely through, and arrange on kraut. Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes or until wieners are lightly brown.
