Kraut Ball
Kraut Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. mild sausage, well drained, 1 can chopped kraut, well drained, 4 oz. philadelphia cream cheese, 1 egg and bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown sausage and drain well.
Drain kraut well.
Let cream cheese soften.
Mix all sausage, kraut and cream cheese by hand. Let chill in fridge for a couple of hours.
Form into balls.
Dip balls into beaten egg, then roll in bread crumbs and parsley. Bake 10 minutes at 350Β°.
