Kraft Cheese is an easy dinner. Made with 5 c. very dry cheese curds, 1 tsp. soda, 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. hot cream and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Work soda in cheese curds.
Melt butter in pan. Add cheese curds; constantly until cheese is melted and smooth.
Add the hot cream, a little at a time.
Add salt last. Pour in box or pan suitable for slicing.
Cheese making is delicate and does not always turn out.
Recipe good as a spreading cheese when it didn't get slicing consistency.
