Korean Beef
Korean Beef is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. soy sauce, 3 tbsp. chunk ginger, 4 cloves garlic, 1 1/2 tsp. sugar and 3 onion tops, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Make marinade by combining the first 6 ingredients.
At least 30 minutes before serving, stir beef cubes into the marinade and let stand, stirring occasionally.
To serve, heat salad oil; add meat.
