Korean Beef
Korean Beef is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 lb. sirloin steak, cut into chunks, 2 bottles lawry's pineapple juice marinade, 1/2 box brown sugar, 1 bottle teriyaki sauce and 2 tbsp. sesame seeds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix all ingredients into large bowl.
Stir, mixing very well.
Put in refrigerator and let it stay 2 to 3 days.
Take it out about twice a day, stirring it well.
Grill steak after marinating 3 days.
Serve with baked potato and Texas toast.
