Kool-Aid Pie
Kool-Aid Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk, 36 vanilla wafers, 1 c. sugar, 1 (.14 oz.) envelope unsweetened kool-aid (your favorite flavor) and whipped topping (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Pour milk into a small glass or metal bowl; place beaters for electric mixer into the bowl.
Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
Spray a 9-inch pie plate with nonstick cooking spray. Line bottom and sides of pie plate with wafers.
Beat milk until soft peaks form.
Add sugar and drink mix; beat until thoroughly mixed.
Spoon over wafers; freeze for at least 4 hours.
Garnish with whipped topping, if desired.
