Kooky Cake
Kooky Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 3 tbsp. heaping cocoa, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Put all dry ingredients in bowl and stir to blend together. Make 3 wells in dry mix.
Put oil in one, vanilla in one and vinegar in last well.
Pour water over all.
Stir to mix well. Mixer not needed.
