Koinonia Granola
Koinonia Granola is an impressive breakfast dish you can prepare in about 1 hour 26 minutes. Made with c. oil, . margarine, . molasses, . vanilla and c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Melt in a large roasting pan the oil, margarine, molasses, vanilla, brown sugar, honey and salt.
When mixed, let cool slightly and add the oats, sesame seed, chopped nuts, garage nuts, wheat germ, coconut and sunflower seeds.
Stir thoroughly. Bake in shallow pans for 20 to 25 minutes.
Stir every 5 to 7 minutes.
After granola has cooled, add the raisins.
Very good as a snack.
