Koch Kase
Koch Kase is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 52 minutes. Made with (16 oz.) carton small curd cottage cheese, . flour, . butter, . soda and . salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Have everything at room temperature and mix all together, except caraway seed.
Cover and let set in a warm place for one hour.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 15 minutes. (Takes a while, but it's worth it.)
