Kiss Pudding
Kiss Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. milk, 3 egg yolks, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. cornstarch and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Scald 1 1/2 cups milk.
Mix yolks with fork and add sugar, cornstarch and salt.
Mix until smooth.
Add 1/2 cup cold milk. Add scalded milk to cold mixture.
Return to the saucepan and cook over direct heat until it boils.
Add vanilla.
Pour into dessert dishes and chill.
