Combine all ingredients together in large bowl except Kisses. Mix on low speed until well blended.
Make into balls about 3/4 inch.
Place on cookie sheet.
Bake 6 to 8 minutes at 375Β°.
Take out of oven and place a Kiss in each cookie.
Place back in oven long enough to soften Kiss.
