Kiss Cakes
Kiss Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 egg whites, 2 c. fine granulated sugar, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, dash of salt and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Beat egg whites very stiff; add sugar a little at a time. This is important.
Sprinkle in cornstarch and salt; add flavorings and pecans a few at a time.
Drop mixture by tablespoon onto a cookie sheet lined with brown paper.
Bake at 300Β° for 45 minutes.
They are done when you can lift them from the paper.
