King Crab Paella
King Crab Paella is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (10 to 12 oz.) pkg. frozen alaskan king crab, split legs, 1 clove garlic, minced, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 2 tbsp. olive oil and 1 lb. chicken breasts, skinned and boned and cut into chunks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Thaw crab legs.
Skillet, garlic and onion in oil.
Push to one side of pan, add chicken and brown well. Remove from pan.
Crumble sausage into and add rice. Cook and stir rice is lightly toasted. Return chicken to cooked mixture with seasonings and chicken broth.
Bring to simmer covered for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
Carefully fold in crab, tomato, peas and pimiento.
Simmer covered 15 minutes longer.
Remove cover from skillet and cook until all moisture is absorbed.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Makes 4 servings.
