Mix unflavored gelatin in 1 cup cold water.
Stir and set aside.
Bring to a boil, 1 cup water in a saucepan.
Add flavored gelatin and sugar.
Bring to a second boil.
Stir, then remove from heat and add the unflavored mixture plus 1/2 cup cold water.
Stir. Pour into greased pan.
Cover.
Refrigerate.
Cut with jiggler shapes when set.
