Killer Meat Loaf
Killer Meat Loaf is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. lean ground chuck, 3/4 lb. sausage in bulk, 3 tbsp. butter, 3/4 c. finely chopped onion, 3/4 c. finely chopped green onion and 1/2 c. finely chopped carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Heat butter, add veggies and garlic, cook until veggies dry up.
Let cool and chill.
Combine spices, eggs, ketchup, half and half, blend.
Mix veggie mix, spice mix, meats and crumbs all together.
Blend well.
Shape into loaf, put in pan, then put pan into a slightly larger pan with some water.
Bake at 375Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Serves 8 to 12.
