Killer Chocolate Cake

Sprinkle nuts and coconut over bottom of floured and greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix cake mix per package directions.
Pour over nuts and coconut.
Melt margarine; add cream cheese and sugar; mix together.
Pour this over top of cake mix and bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
