Key Lime Pie
Key Lime Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 9-inch baked pie shell or graham cracker crust, 6 egg yolks, 2 cans sweetened condensed milk (eagle brand), 8 oz. realime concentrate lime juice and yellow or green food coloring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Preheat oven to 325°.
In large mixer bowl, beat egg yolks with sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and food coloring until smooth.
Pour into pastry shell.
Bake at 325° for 40 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool.
When completely cool, top with Cool Whip.
Refrigerate.
