Key Lime Pie
Key Lime Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 or 9-inch) baked pastry shell or graham cracker crust, 3 egg yolks, 1 (14 oz.) can eagle brand milk (not evaporated), 1/2 c. realime juice from concentrate and yellow food color (if desired), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 325Β°.
In large mixer bowl, beat egg yolks with Eagle Brand, ReaLime and food coloring (if desired).
Pour into prepared pastry shell.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Cool; chill. Top with whipped cream.
Garnish as desired.
(Refrigerate leftovers.)
