Key Lime Pie
Key Lime Pie is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in just 42 minutes. Made with sweetened condensed milk, to 3/4 c. key lime juice, (8 oz.) carton light sour cream, cinnamon bear cookies or your favorite cookie crust and c. melted margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Mix the condensed milk, lime juice and sour cream together. Make crust for pie using approximately 2 cups of cinnamon bear cookies.
Mix with margarine until well blended.
Press into a 9-inch pie plate.
Pour filling into crust; then refrigerate until ready to serve.
