Key Lime Pie
Key Lime Pie is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 8 minutes. Made with (8 or 9-inch) baked pastry shell or graham cracker crust, egg yolks, (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk, c. lime juice from concentrate and yellow or green food coloring (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 325Β°.
In large mixing bowl, beat egg yolks and sweetened milk and add lime juice.
Add food coloring, if desired.
Pour into prepared pastry shell.
