Key Lime Pie
Key Lime Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 baked pastry shell, cooled, 1/2 c. lime juice, 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar, 1/3 c. sugar and 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In a large bowl, beat the 4 egg yolks; stir in the sweetened condensed milk and lime juice.
In a small bowl, beat one of the egg whites until it is stiff and fold it into the milk-lime mixture.
Turn into the pie shell.
