Key Lime Pie
Key Lime Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can condensed milk, 4 egg yolks (save egg whites), 1/4 c. lime juice, 1/4 c. lemon juice and 1 baked pie crust, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine condensed milk, egg yolks, lime juice and lemon juice; set aside.
Beat 1 egg white stiff.
Fold into first mixture. Beat 3 remaining egg whites and gradually add sugar and cream of tartar.
Put into baked pie shell and bake at 350Β° until brown.
