Key Lime Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 c. key lime juice, 2 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 pt. heavy cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Add condensed milk and vanilla (1 teaspoon).
Beat until well blended.
Add lime juice; beat.
Pour into crust.
Beat heavy cream, sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla until stiff and peaks form.
Spread over pie.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
