Key Lime Pie
Key Lime Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 vanilla wafer or graham crumb crust, 3 egg yolks, 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 c. fresh lime juice or bottled lime juice and whipped topping or whipped cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 325Β°.
In a large mixer bowl, beat egg yolks; stir in sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and green food coloring, if desired.
Pour into prepared crust.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
Chill for 3 to 4 hours.
Top with whipped topping.
Refrigerate leftovers.
